If there were negative stars, that is what I would give. Having to get my scripts at three choices due to ins, I use Kroger. 5 Stars. But since I had business in Beebe, I thought I would drop my script at Wal Mart pharmacy. Yes, exactly what I expected. Took 3 hrs for me to return. Sat at drive thru in heat 10 mins, before deciding to go inside. "sorry, we have not filled it yet" and it just got worse from there. A staffer blamed it for being 1st of month. Well WAL MART, learn how to staff then! Understaffed, rude, and unorganized. I now remember why I quit using them. Wal Mart is not the place to go. Esp Beebe
Terrible pharmacy, with horrible wait times. I was told less than 30 minutes for my prescription to be filled and an hour later I'm still sitting here.
This is a great place the line might be long some times or mabye the wait is kinda long if so go look around untill its time but they are supper friendly i would go here
I have always encountered cheerful, smiling faces at this location. Never the rudeness others mention. While they are extremely busy, that can't be helped by the pharmacists and staff and they always go above and beyond to get things ready as quickly as possible. I will say that sometimes a customer's attitude affects an already stressed staff. Be kind to your pharmacy staff - if they had no desire to help you and your family, I doubt they would put up with the stress and rudeness that they do.
The actual pharmacists are really nice and it's clear they're doing the best they can. The staffers (blue coats) are doing the best they can as well. It seems that Walmart understaffs them though at times and it puts a hurt on wait times.
