It would be an embarrassment. I don't know what I ever did to this woman to upset her so, but I hope she finds peace knowing she won't have to deal with me anymore.
Another time my daughter talked to them to confirm an appointment, and then the next day she drove up to Beebe and they told her she was over her limit and couldn't be seen unless she paid out of pocket. Why they could not have discussed this on the phone is beyond me. She was told they tried to call, but none of our phones had a missed call or message from them.
She was rude to me when I tried to get a crown. Turns out my husband didn't pay for one of his visits. I had no idea until I called for dental work and she made me feel like scum for not paying a bill I didn't even know existed, and refused to make an appointment until I paid the past due $200 plus $300 in advance for my crown, since we have a payment problem.
Today when she called to confirm my appointment I tried to ask her a question, she didn't answer it so I tried to ask again, she spoke over me and hung up. Confirming an appointment I was trying to cancel do to illness.
After 12 years, keeping you as our dentist even when we moved to NLR, and now to Cabot...I can deal with the attitude no longer. I have insurance that will be accepted most any where. I would like to mention I referred you to many, and I certainly hope the people I referred are not being treated like we are.
Dr Beavers is great we have been seeing him for about 12 years. But the rudeness of Pam on the phone is not worth it anymore. I cancelled my last appointment, and will find opportunities to convince other family member's, and friends to do the same. I REALLY like EVERYONE else there, but after 3 or 4 very disappointing interactions it just isn't worth it.
