This place is the worst. Ordered 3 meals and one was burnt and the other 2 were made completely wrong. I called they took my name and number (a manager filling in from another store) and while she was seeing what all was wrong there is a boy yelling the f word over and over in the background. Still haven't gotten my correct food.
Out of all the McDonald's I've been to this one has to be the worst the food is consistently horrible the wait times are consistently High and the staff is always less than friendly
This has got to be the slowest, and worst place ever to grab a bite to eat. Even management don't care how lazy the service and quickness of the employees are. Worst McDonald's I have ever visited.
This particular McDonald's was amazing and had perfect service, so I gave It 5 stars. The person in particular that had amazing service quality was Matt Flenor. He deserves a raise. Me and my friends all enjoyed his service.
I work night shift, very few places open this time of night. I ordered 1 of the 10 piece chicken nuggets with a side of Mac sauce (for dipping), the man taking my order says "I've got it!" I paid. Got to the second window to be greeted by a woman about as personable as Icy-hot on the nether regions. Got my food, I drove home (15 minute drive), to realize I didn't have Mac sauce. I only asked for 2 things and paid for both to boot. So I called to voice my complaint. Same lady who had worked the second window answered and I explained what happen, and boy do the excuses run rampant here. If you need to eat on a road trip or something, don't go there, period. The extra minuted of driving to someplace else is better, even by McDonald's standards. This place has horrible customer service on top of an unmotivated night shift.
