I wish I had know about them my first 2 semesters of college, I could have save a load of money. I staff has been friendly and helpful every time I have been in or called about something.
Asking info on a book they have is like pulling teeth. Simple questions as isbn number and author seemed to be an inconvenience for them to answer. Sorry im not going to drive all the way out there for the wrong book.
I love this place, my only complaint would be that they initiate a payment on your held card without notifying you, which tends to come as a surprise when you check your bank account and are much shorter than planned! Otherwise, they are fantastic and definitely better priced than most places.
Renting books is just that, renting. My husband went in to rent books and they told him he could pay later, never telling him they held credit card information on a card he used in the past, which is ILLEGAL!!!! Well, $400 dollars was charged to my card without notice for 4 books. Four used books that were suppose to be rented. I called my bank amd reported it as fraud. Then they had the audacity to put it in collections. So now they are thing to get more money. This place is a rip off!!!!. They are crooks and do not deserve to be in business.
